How Payment Works

Management Fee (20% of Gross Revenue)

Full Management is compensated as a percentage of gross booking revenue. This aligns our performance with your property’s success — we grow when you grow.

What the Percentage Covers

The management fee covers guest communication, calendar management, turnover coordination, operational oversight, maintenance coordination, and full property management services as described above.

Additional Property Expenses

The following are not included in the management percentage and are billed separately:

  • Cleaning & laundry services

  • Vendor labor and repair materials

  • Emergency service calls

  • Specialized services (snow removal, seasonal exterior work, etc.)

  • Supplies & restocking costs

All additional expenses are communicated clearly and approved prior to execution whenever possible.

Final agreement confirmed after property assessment.

Hands-off ownership. Professional execution.
