1. Is the monthly fee all-inclusive?
No. Monthly fees cover the structured services outlined in each plan. Vendor costs, repairs, cleaning, and supply expenses are billed separately as needed.
2. Are there any hidden fees?
No. We operate with complete transparency. Any additional costs are communicated before work begins whenever possible.
3. How are cleaning costs handled?
Cleaning and laundry services are billed separately from management or maintenance fees. We coordinate the process, but vendor charges are passed through at market rates.
4. Do you mark up vendor or repair costs?
No hidden markups. You are billed for actual vendor costs unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
5. What happens in an emergency?
If a repair is required to protect guests or prevent further property damage, we may authorize immediate action and notify you as soon as possible.
6. When is payment due?
Monthly management or maintenance fees are billed at the beginning of each month. Variable expenses (cleaning, repairs, supplies) are billed as incurred or as agreed in the service contract.
7. Is there a contract commitment?
All service agreements are confirmed after a property assessment. Contract terms are clearly outlined before onboarding.
8. Why is Full Management percentage-based?
Full Management is structured as a percentage of revenue to align incentives. Our success is directly tied to your property’s performance.
