How Payment Works
Monthly Operations Fee
Your monthly Turnover & Operations fee covers coordination, inspections, oversight, and operational management as outlined above. Final pricing is confirmed after a property assessment to ensure the scope matches your property size and turnover volume.
Cleaning & Turnover Costs
Cleaning services and laundry costs are billed separately unless otherwise agreed. We coordinate and manage the process, but vendor costs are passed through at market rates.
Repairs & Vendor Work
Any repair work, emergency services, or third-party vendor costs are billed separately and require your approval before work begins (except in urgent guest-protection situations).
