How Payment Works
Base Monthly Fee
Your monthly plan fee covers preventative oversight and maintenance coordination as outlined above. Final pricing is confirmed after a property assessment to ensure the quote matches your property’s specific needs and condition.
Additional Charges
Certain services are not included in the monthly fee and will be charged separately only with your approval:
Vendor labor, parts, or materials (e.g., repairs beyond minor onsite fixes)
Emergency or after-hours callouts (as agreed)
Specialized services (e.g., snow removal, seasonal exterior work)
Cleaning and turnover work (if not already in place or separately contracted)
