What This Tier Does NOT Cover
✖ Major repairs or renovations
✖ Structural, electrical, or plumbing work requiring licensed trades
✖ Full drywall replacement, flood restoration, or mold remediation
✖ Cleaning, turnover coordination, or linen service
✖ Guest communication or booking management
✖ Materials, parts, or third-party contractor costs
